Digital Health Strategist (AI Training)

About the role

Alignerr is partnering with leading AI research teams to embed deep healthcare expertise into next‑generation digital health AI. As a Digital Health Strategist (AI Training) you will use your real‑world knowledge of telehealth, wearable data and clinical workflows to shape AI outputs that support modern healthcare delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide expert feedback on AI‑generated content related to digital health strategy, telehealth, remote patient monitoring and mobile health platforms.
• Review AI outputs for clinical accuracy, strategic soundness and real‑world applicability.
• Help develop and validate frameworks for integrating digital health data into clinical workflows.
• Identify gaps, inaccuracies or unrealistic assumptions in AI‑generated strategy content.
• Deliver structured, detailed feedback to improve AI understanding of digital health implementation.
• Work independently and asynchronously on task‑based assignments.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with digital health technologies such as telemedicine, wearable integrations, mobile health apps or remote patient monitoring systems.
• Strong grasp of how healthcare workflows, data and technology intersect to support patient care and clinical operations.
• Ability to assess strategic recommendations for clinical relevance and operational feasibility.
• Excellent written communication of complex healthcare concepts.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable managing your own schedule and collaborating with clinical, technical and leadership teams.
