Digital Experience Lead

About the role

Fonterra is seeking a creative, user‑focused Digital Experience Lead to bring People & Culture content to life on its ServiceNow service portal. You will shape intuitive, visually compelling experiences that help employees and leaders quickly find the information and support they need.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain visual assets such as graphics, videos, process guides and campaign materials.
• Analyse end‑to‑end user journeys, identify friction points and propose roadmap improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate raw content into clear, engaging digital experiences.
• Plan and deliver multi‑channel campaigns (banners, emails, videos, events).
• Support content governance, including article approvals and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Qualified in digital design, UX, interaction design or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Strong UX thinking with a solid understanding of accessibility and visual communication.
• Proven ability to simplify complex information into engaging visual solutions.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder‑management skills, with confidence to influence decisions.
