About the role

Join a dynamic team that runs two wedding‑focused businesses – a wedding alteration service and a wedding planning app. As the Digital Content & Video Marketing Manager you will own the content creation and social media strategy, producing scroll‑stopping videos and building educational YouTube channels while working closely with the founder.

Key responsibilities

• Develop daily content ideas and video concepts for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube across both brands.
• Edit and produce short‑form and long‑form video using Veed.io, Luma AI and Kling AI.
• Manage and grow the YouTube channel with educational wedding‑alteration content.
• Set up and optimise ManyChat automation for lead engagement.
• Create and oversee Facebook ad campaigns with strategic input from the founder.
• Handle community engagement for the wedding planning app, responding to inquiries and fostering connections.
• Collaborate on content calendars that blend founder‑on‑camera pieces with AI‑assisted assets.
• Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across all platforms.

Required profile

• 3+ years managing social media for service‑based or e‑commerce businesses.
• Proven video‑editing portfolio with clean, engaging edits.
• Hands‑on experience with Facebook Ads Manager.
• Familiarity with AI video tools such as Luma AI or Kling.
• Strong content planning and independent work style.
• Excellent communication and responsiveness during New Zealand afternoon hours.
