Demi Chef – Breakfast & Early Service

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Demi Chef to join the kitchen team at Oaks Wellington Hotel. The role focuses on delivering a smooth and efficient morning service, preparing high‑quality breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and assist with the preparation and presentation of breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes.
• Support the development and plating of high‑quality meals.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced morning environment to ensure smooth service.
• Collaborate with the team, communicating clearly to support overall kitchen operations.

Required profile

• Minimum three years experience as a cook or chef.
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and health & safety regulations.
• Ability to work well in a team and take initiative in developing culinary skills.

What we offer
