Demand Generation Manager

About the role

Join Kami’s fast‑growing team as a Demand Generation Manager, driving pipeline growth and revenue for a leading digital classroom platform used by millions worldwide. You will design and execute data‑driven, multi‑channel campaigns while collaborating closely with sales and marketing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage multi‑channel demand generation campaigns, including ABM, paid advertising, and lead nurturing.
• Oversee lead scoring models, routing rules, and campaign workflows within marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to define target accounts, set priorities, and deliver high‑quality, sales‑ready leads.
• Design, launch, and manage targeted ABM programs for high‑value regions and strategic accounts.
• Translate market research and buyer‑journey insights into actionable demand generation programs.
• Explore and test new marketing tactics, channels, and creative approaches to capture audience attention.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
• Proven track record of building and executing programs that move leads through the funnel and generate measurable pipeline growth.
• End‑to‑end experience designing and executing ABM campaigns for mid‑market and enterprise buyers.
• Hands‑on experience with Hubspot, Braze, GA4, Looker, Zapier, Pipedrive, and Salesloft.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills across sales, RevOps, and marketing teams.
