DC Junior Supply Planner

About the role

As a DC Junior Supply Planner you will join the fast‑paced DC Replenishment team, ensuring the right products are available at the right time across Foodies’ distribution centres. This role offers a solid entry point into supply chain planning, inventory management and FMCG operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a starter portfolio of domestic and import suppliers to meet service and inventory targets.
• Raise purchase orders, review supplier confirmations and track product deliveries.
• Analyse replenishment data and inventory performance using Replenverse and SAP.
• Collaborate with suppliers, merchandise teams, DC operations and other stakeholders to maximise product availability.
• Support inventory optimisation initiatives, including stock‑turn targets, overstock reduction and out‑of‑stock management.

Required profile

• Analytical, organised and eager to learn in a fast‑moving environment.
• Recent graduate or up to two years’ experience in supply chain, logistics or FMCG.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure.

Required skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Economics, Operations or a related field.
• Up to two years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management or FMCG.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, LOOKUP functions and data analysis.
• Experience with SAP and Replenverse platforms.
