About the role

Join Contact’s Technology, Data & AI team as a Data Scientist and help turn data into real, meaningful outcomes. You will design and deliver advanced data science and AI solutions that solve business problems and drive better experiences for customers and the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of data science projects, from problem definition to production and continuous improvement.
• Build advanced models, generative AI tools, and insight‑driven products that exceed standard analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to test ideas early, demonstrate value, and iterate based on feedback.
• Work within agile squads across domains, gaining deep business knowledge and applying expertise where it matters most.
• Contribute to the growth of the data science capability by sharing knowledge and raising standards.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Data Scientist.
• Strong ability to translate complex problems into practical, production‑ready solutions.
• Comfortable communicating technical concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences.
• Experience thriving in fast‑paced, agile environments.
