About the role
As a Customer Support Specialist you will be the front‑line ambassador for Tesla owners in New Zealand, handling inbound calls and chats to resolve vehicle‑related issues. You will work closely with internal teams to provide accurate troubleshooting, guide customers to self‑service tools and ensure a seamless ownership experience.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls and chat inquiries from Tesla owners regarding vehicle support.
- Assess customer concerns, perform remote diagnostics and coordinate with technical teams for troubleshooting.
- Educate customers on self‑service options, including the help website and scheduling service appointments.
- Document issues and interactions accurately in the CRM/Vehicle Support System.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of relevant customer support or call‑center experience.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a passion for sustainable energy and technology.
Required skills
- Experience using CRM platforms.
