Customer Supply Chain and Logistics Manager

About the role
Join a well‑known FMCG business in New Zealand as a key member of the country leadership team. You will work closely with major supermarket retailers and internal commercial, business and ANZ supply‑chain teams to drive integrated supply planning.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Demand and Customer Integrated Supply Planning (ISP) team of 10.
- Drive process efficiency and optimise daily decision‑making across supply‑chain operations.
- Manage customer logistics, demand planning and 3PL relationships.
- Coordinate domestic and international freight, warehousing and inventory management.
- Partner with external customers and internal stakeholders to meet service level agreements.
- Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities and implement supply‑chain methodologies.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing customer logistics and demand planning in a developed market.
- Strong background in supply‑chain management, including warehouse, freight and 3PL oversight.
- Excellent communication, prioritisation and KPI delivery skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and build high‑performing cultures.
Required skills
- IBP (Integrated Business Planning) knowledge.
- Demand planning expertise.
- Supply planning and 3PL management.
- Warehouse operations and freight coordination.
