Customer Service & Yard All-Rounder

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service & Yard All-Rounder to join our busy Auckland site. You will combine front‑of‑house customer interaction with hands‑on yard duties, helping keep operations running smoothly while delivering a friendly experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer enquiries and process orders or returns.
• Assist with loading, unloading and organising stock in the yard.
• Maintain a clean, safe and orderly work environment.
• Support the logistics team with basic inventory checks and documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily targets and resolve issues quickly.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to help customers.
• Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks safely.
• Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic.
