About the role
Join The Warehouse’s busy Napier store as a Customer Service Team Member. You will be based at the in‑store service desk, providing friendly, efficient assistance to shoppers and supporting the overall store operation.
Key responsibilities
- Answer customer enquiries, give product advice and resolve issues.
- Process returns, exchanges, refunds and transfers in accordance with store policy.
- Assist the Loss Prevention team with security measures and store safety.
- Support the checkout area when needed to ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain a tidy, well‑stocked service desk and uphold visual standards.
Required profile
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another customer‑facing role.
- Positive, can‑do attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift heavy items, climb ladders and stand for long periods.
