Customer Service Specialist – Premium Interiors & Flooring (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support premium interior and flooring products for retailers across Australia and New Zealand. The role is fully remote, with an initial 2–3 week training period in central Sydney, and runs as a nine‑month fixed‑term assignment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound phone and email enquiries from customers and retailers.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide updates on stock availability, lead times and deliveries.
• Assist customers with product information and basic troubleshooting.
• Build strong relationships with retailers and internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Deliver a professional, courteous and solutions‑focused service.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service, contact‑centre, support or order processing.
• Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused attitude.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Interest in interior design, furnishings, flooring or related products is desirable.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 or a similar ERP system (preferred but not essential).
