Customer Service & Sales Support (6-month Fixed-Term)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service & Sales Support professional to join RLB Packaging in Penrose for a six‑month fixed‑term assignment. You will work on a variety of B2B customer‑facing tasks, supporting order processing and sales activities while the company rolls out a new ERP system.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from business customers, providing timely and accurate information.
• Process sales orders, quotations and amendments in the order management system.
• Assist the sales team with product inquiries, pricing checks and follow‑up actions.
• Maintain and update customer records, ensuring data integrity during the ERP transition.
• Identify and resolve routine issues, escalating complex matters to senior staff.
• Support the implementation of the new ERP platform by testing processes and providing feedback.

Required profile

• Previous experience in B2B customer service or sales support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
