Customer Service Representative – Retail Store

About the role

Join Noel Leeming’s Sylvia Park store as a Customer Service Representative, delivering friendly, knowledgeable support to shoppers. You’ll be the first point of contact for payment queries, service repairs and sales enquiries, ensuring every customer leaves with a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers at the counter with payment questions, hire‑purchase and credit applications.
• Provide information and support for service repairs and product sales.
• Proactively address and resolve customer concerns.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and paperwork.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Friendly phone manner with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Quick learner of computer systems and a genuine interest in technology.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items, climb ladders and stand for long periods.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and a passion for teamwork.

Required skills

• Experience using a point‑of‑sale (POS) system (beneficial).
