About the role

Join a well‑known brand’s growing customer experience team in a modern CBD office. You will assist customers through phone and digital channels, providing clear answers to general enquiries about the company’s products and services.

Key responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies.
Resolve routine enquiries and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Maintain up‑to‑date records of customer interactions in the internal system.

Required profile

Proven experience in a contact‑centre or similar customer‑facing environment.
Confident telephone presence with a friendly, helpful attitude.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, fun workplace.
High energy, curiosity and strong work ethic.
