About the role

Genesis is hiring Customer Service Representatives for its modern Hamilton Central office. In this fast‑paced, structured role you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound interactions while supporting growth and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and transactions efficiently and professionally.
• Deliver high‑quality service to maximise satisfaction and retention.
• Support sales through confident, customer‑focused conversations.
• Build strong relationships and contribute to a supportive team environment.
• Identify improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
• Process requests in line with procedures and compliance requirements.
• Accurately record interactions and actions in systems.

Required skills

What we offer

• Comprehensive paid training and on‑the‑job support.
• Full‑time schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑6 pm.
• Starting salary of $60,300 per year.
