Customer Service Representative – Financial Markets

About the role

EC Markets is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its Auckland team, primarily working from home. You will be the first point of contact for clients interested in CFD trading and will guide them through onboarding, account setup, and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Answer client inquiries by phone, email, and live chat with professional and friendly service.
• Assist newly registered clients in completing the onboarding process.
• Provide guidance on funding accounts and using trading platforms.
• Support existing clients with questions about their accounts, platforms, and products.
• Build positive relationships and identify when additional assistance is required.

Required profile

• Genuine interest in financial markets and trading.
• Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to learn about CFD products and trading platforms.
