Customer Service Representative – Automotive Parts

About the role

Join Bapcor New Zealand’s BNT team in Silverdale as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for trade customers, helping them find the right automotive parts and delivering a seamless service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist trade customers at the counter and over the phone.
• Identify and recommend the correct vehicle parts and solutions.
• Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately.
• Spot upsell opportunities and suggest related products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a loyal customer base.

Required profile

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in automotive or trade environments.
• Full NZ driver’s licence.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑first mindset, willing to pitch in wherever needed.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Excel (basic level) is advantageous.
