Customer Service Officer

About the role

As a Customer Service Officer you will deliver outstanding service to domestic and commercial clients, handling inquiries, managing accounts and supporting business objectives. You will work locally with regular hours and contribute to a safety-focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, emails and inquiries professionally, resolving complaints with a customer-first approach.
• Assist with billing, account queries and process payments and orders while maintaining accurate customer data.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for installations and customer holdings.
• Maintain daily reports and records in line with company systems.
• Support business growth by leveraging company offerings to retain and acquire customers.

Required profile

• Strong communication and telephone skills.
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach to managing complaints.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in account and record management.
• Previous customer service experience, ideally within the utilities or energy sector.
