Customer Service Officer (Concierge)

About the role

The Customer Service Officer (Concierge) is the face of the centre, delivering an exceptional guest experience through professional, face‑to‑face interaction. You will act as a key liaison between customers, retailers and centre management, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the centre as the primary point of contact, providing a welcoming and professional experience for all visitors.
• Serve as a liaison between centre management, customers, and retailers, conveying customer feedback and needs.
• Deliver accurate and timely information across all communication channels to enhance shopper and retailer experiences.
• Manage the sale and rental of value‑add services, including gift cards and additional guest services.
• Support centre management with administrative, operational, marketing, and promotional tasks as required.

Required profile

• Previous retail or customer‑service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Immaculate personal presentation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
