About the role

The Customer Service Officer (Concierge) is the front‑face of the centre, responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience to shoppers and retailers in Shirley, Christchurch. The role requires a professional appearance, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions throughout the day.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary representative of the centre, providing face‑to‑face assistance to visitors.
• Serve as a liaison between centre management, customers, and retailers, conveying customer feedback.
• Deliver accurate, timely information across all communication channels.
• Manage the sale and rental of value‑add services, including gift cards and other guest services.
• Support centre management with administration, operations, marketing, and promotional activities as needed.

Required profile

• Previous retail or customer‑service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Immaculate personal presentation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
