About the role
Utemaster, an established Kiwi manufacturer of ute gear, is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead its customer service and after‑sales team across New Zealand and Australia. This hands‑on leadership role is based in Kerepehi and includes supporting the sales function.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage customer service and after‑sales operations for NZ and AU markets.
- Drive process improvements and lead a team to deliver high‑quality support.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in a customer service or call‑centre environment.
- Ability to work on‑site in Kerepehi and collaborate with sales.
