About the role
We are looking for two enthusiastic team members to join the Customer Service Desk at our Hornby store. The role involves providing friendly, efficient service to both trade and DIY customers in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with general enquiries, returns and special orders.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point‑of‑sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organised service desk.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a high level of service.
Required profile

- Strong communication and time‑management skills.
