Customer Service Advisor Cadet

About the role

Join a busy automotive dealership as a Customer Service Advisor Cadet and work side‑by‑side with experienced Service Advisors. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping to bridge communication between clients and technicians while gaining hands‑on experience in the service department.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, introduce them to staff and initiate the service process.
• Listen to customer needs, conduct vehicle walk‑arounds and accurately document repair orders.
• Communicate repair status between clients and workshop technicians.
• Ensure vehicles are returned in top condition and explain work performed.
• Recommend required servicing, provide cost/time estimates and manage bookings.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Perform ad‑hoc dealership administration tasks such as vehicle registration and relicensing.

Required profile

• Enthusiasm for customer interaction and a passion for hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Clean, current restricted or full driver’s licence.
