Customer Portal Manager – MyCCEP Platform

About the role

As the MyCCEP Manager at CCEP NZ, you will cover a 12‑month parental leave period and lead B2B execution on the MyCCEP enterprise digital sales platform. You will embed this new tool into business execution strategies, driving revenue and volume growth through engaging customer content and online campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain BAU content such as product images, notifications, news and updates on MyCCEP, ensuring the self‑service tool supports sales growth.
• Partner with stakeholders to plan and schedule business‑requested content and campaigns, driving revenue and volume growth for the MyCCEP customer base.
• Monitor and report on campaign outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct knowledge‑transfer sessions and workshops for business users and key stakeholders.
• Represent New Zealand in global communities of practice, sharing wins and learning from best practices in other markets.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in similar roles, leading or coordinating B2B digital platform operations.
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across business units and familiar with digital marketing concepts.
• Analytical, data‑driven mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
