As a Customer Experience Specialist you will make a real impact on people’s healthcare experience, supporting an exciting healthcare transformation. You will join a fast‑paced, people‑first team dedicated to improving patient interactions. This 8‑week fixed‑term contract begins on 26 November 2026 and offers the chance to contribute directly to the delivery of high‑quality care. The role is based on‑site in Huapai, Auckland, allowing you to work closely with healthcare providers and patients. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather feedback and implement improvements that enhance the overall patient journey.
