Customer Experience Consultant

About the role

FleetPartners is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant to deliver exceptional service across the customer lifecycle while supporting the Sales and Operations teams. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, handling daily workloads, investigating requests, and using information from multiple systems to make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality customer service and support from onboarding through renewals.
• Manage daily customer requests, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Process enquiries, update and maintain accurate records in the company CRM.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team on onboarding, renewals and account management.
• Identify customer needs, propose solutions and build strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Spot opportunities to support sales growth and enhance service delivery.
• Contribute to team targets for service level, customer satisfaction and sales performance.

• Excellent analytical skills, able to interpret data from multiple sources.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
