Customer Care Executive

About the role

The Customer Care Executive will deliver professional, end‑to‑end service to ONE’s customers, handling documentation, vessel close‑outs and day‑to‑day enquiries. This entry‑level position offers a blend of office and remote work after an initial onboarding period.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive customer service in line with company procedures and global rules.
• Prepare accurate export/import documentation and ensure timely vessel close‑outs.
• Manage discrepancies, transmissions and upload data to all ONE offices.
• Respond promptly to phone and email requests from customers.

Required profile

• NZ residency or citizenship.
• Ability to complete all mandatory e‑learning and training courses on schedule.
• Flexibility to adapt to a changing environment and work 50/50 hybrid after 90 days.
• Strong time‑management, organisation and prioritisation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Proficiency with Google G Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Attention to detail and keyboard accuracy.
