About the role

Re-Leased is launching am:pm, an AI‑powered platform that transforms commercial property management. As the first hires in the delivery function, you will guide early‑stage customers through adoption, ensuring they embed new workflows, achieve sustained usage, and realise long‑term value.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end enablement and adoption journey, from initial onboarding to post‑go‑live support.
• Work onsite with property managers to guide transition, troubleshoot challenges, and embed new workflows.
• Run regular health‑check meetings after go‑live to monitor adoption and surface risks early.
• Design and deliver practical, engaging training tailored to each customer’s goals and maturity.
• Create and maintain high‑quality documentation, playbooks, and enablement resources.
• Gather customer feedback and feed insights back to Product and Customer Success teams.
• Partner with internal champions to build a lasting AI centre of excellence and champion network.
• Define adoption success metrics, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related client‑facing roles.
• Proven ability to manage change, build trust quickly, and drive sustained product adoption.
• Strong communication and empathy skills, with a knack for translating technical concepts into practical guidance.
• Experience working onsite with enterprise customers, preferably in real‑estate or SaaS environments.
