Creative Video Editor for Social Media

About the role

Tracksuit is looking for a bold, story‑driven Video Editor who can turn a wide range of raw footage into short, high‑impact clips that feel native to each social platform. You will help shape the brand’s unmistakable voice of "unexplainable joy" across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other owned channels.

Key responsibilities

• Produce platform‑specific videos that capture attention and drive engagement.
• Transform raw footage, B‑roll, UGC, podcast recordings and animation renders into scroll‑stopping short‑form content.
• Edit short‑form videos for organic and paid social, and adapt them for website, email and other owned channels.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to align video output with campaign goals and brand standards.
• Manage, archive and maintain video and photo assets for efficient reuse.
• Own the end‑to‑end edit process, including structure, animation, music and pacing.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of editing technique, video production and post‑production workflows.
• Fluent in editing terminology and able to communicate ideas clearly.
• Creative storyteller who can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.
• Know when “good enough” beats perfection and can ship on time.

Required skills

• Proficiency with modern editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience with motion‑graphics and animation software (e.g., After Effects).
• Audio editing and mixing capabilities.
• Knowledge of platform specifications for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
