Creative Strategist – eCommerce (Mid to Senior)

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Strategist who will own creative strategy for eCommerce brands, turning insights into high‑performing ad concepts. The role is remote and works closely with cross‑functional teams to develop hooks, messaging frameworks and testing roadmaps that drive measurable commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Review campaign performance and build data‑driven testing roadmaps.
• Develop hooks, scripts, messaging frameworks and briefs for visual creators.
• Provide performance‑focused feedback on UGC, video, static and carousel assets.
• Collaborate with clients in monthly strategy calls, content planning and shoot guidance.
• Work alongside media buyers and growth strategists to iterate quickly.
• Apply and evolve strategic frameworks and playbooks.

Required profile

• Direct‑response mindset with understanding of awareness levels and market sophistication.
• Strong opinions on ads and ability to diagnose creative gaps instantly.
• Hypothesis‑driven thinking, linking each brief to customer insight or data pattern.
• Self‑starter who can bring clarity to ambiguous briefs and ship fast.
• Confident client presenter who can give clear creative direction.
• Able to separate signal from noise in campaign data and translate it into actionable tests.

Required skills

• 2‑3+ years experience in Creative Strategy, Performance Creative or Paid Social, preferably with eCommerce or CPG brands.
• Proven ability to craft strong hooks and conversion‑focused briefs.
• Sharp copywriting instincts for hooks, angles, scripts and ad copy.
