Corporate Travel Consultant

About the role

Traveltrust is seeking a Corporate Travel Consultant to join its remote‑first team. The role focuses on corporate travel across ANZ and global clients, with occasional exposure to medical assistance travel. You will work independently, handling urgent itinerary changes and contributing to process improvements in the Asia‑Pacific region.

Key responsibilities

• Support ANZ and global corporate clients with complex travel bookings.
• Manage reissues, refunds, fare rule applications, and urgent itinerary changes.
• Shape travel procedures and assist with new client onboarding.
• Collaborate with global teams to enhance travel services in the APAC market.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in corporate travel.
• Strong proficiency with Amadeus.
• Experience handling complex international itineraries.
• Confidence in processing reissues, refunds, and urgent changes.
• Ability to work independently and make sound judgments.
• Medical assistance travel experience is a plus.
• New Zealand‑based applicants only; no sponsorship available.
