About the role

Our Wellington Corporate team is in high demand, so we are looking for another Solicitor / Senior Solicitor with an interest in M&A, private equity and/or capital raising work to join the highly successful team. We advise major New Zealand and international clients, including private equity and infrastructure investors, on market‑leading transactions. The practice is recognised with Tier 1 rankings in IFLR (Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets), Chambers (Corporate/Commercial) and Legal 500 (Corporate & M&A). Recent work includes Infratil’s $1.275 bn capital raise, Resolution Life’s NZ$410 m acquisition of Asteron Life, and Z Energy’s $2 bn takeover by Ampol.
