About the role
We are seeking a Corporate Lawyer with at least five years post‑qualification experience to join a leading offshore firm’s Corporate & Funds team in the Cayman Islands. The successful candidate will work in a scenic, low‑tax jurisdiction while delivering high‑quality legal services.
Key responsibilities
- Provide corporate and funds legal advice to clients operating in the Cayman Islands.
- Draft, review and negotiate transaction documents and corporate governance materials.
- Support the team on cross‑border fund structuring and regulatory compliance matters.
Required profile
- Minimum 5+ years PQE in corporate or funds work.
- Experience gained at a leading international law firm.
- Excellent academic record.
- Strong desire to live and work in the Cayman Islands.
