Corporate Lawyer (5+ PQE) – Cayman Islands

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Lawyer with at least 5 years post‑qualification experience to join a leading offshore firm’s Corporate & Funds team in the Cayman Islands. This position offers the chance to work in a scenic, low‑tax jurisdiction while handling high‑quality corporate and fund matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate and fund structures and transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including financing and investment documents.
• Support the execution of corporate transactions and fund formations.
• Ensure compliance with Cayman Islands regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with international teams and clients on cross‑border matters.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years PQE in corporate or funds work.
• Experience gained at a leading international law firm.
• Strong academic record.
• Demonstrated desire to live and work in the Cayman Islands.
