Contract QA Engineer - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Contract QA Engineer – AI Trainer to join DataAnnotation’s coding team. In this remote position you will help improve AI models by creating, solving, and reviewing coding challenges, with a focus on Android development.

Key responsibilities

• Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems, especially in Android development.
• Write clear, high‑quality code snippets and detailed explanations.
• Evaluate AI‑generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
• Provide feedback that directly influences the next generation of AI models.

Required profile

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Preferred experience with Kotlin.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, or Swift.
• Excellent writing and grammar skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
• Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
