Continuous Improvement Specialist – Drive Operational Excellence

About the role

Neptune Pacific is seeking a motivated Continuous Improvement Specialist to champion operational excellence across its logistics and supply‑chain operations. You will work closely with operational and functional teams to identify inefficiencies, implement sustainable improvements, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Identify operational inefficiencies, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and problem‑solving methodologies.
• Facilitate root‑cause analysis workshops and cross‑functional improvement sessions.
• Partner with operational leaders to implement practical, sustainable solutions and track benefits realization.
• Deliver Continuous Improvement training programs, develop learning materials, SOPs, and user guides.
• Coach teams on Lean and Six Sigma tools, support project planning, tracking, and sustainment.
• Develop and maintain process maps, SOPs, and work instructions to standardise operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies in a logistics or supply‑chain environment.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills with a passion for building capability across teams.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
