Content Strategy Lead

About the role

The Head of Content will lead the planning, creation and management of all key content for Global Wave Group’s website and external channels. Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager, you will ensure consistent messaging that aligns with brand and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a content strategy that supports overall marketing and business goals.
• Create and manage an annual and quarterly content calendar covering campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives.
• Oversee creation, editing and publishing of website content, articles, landing pages, emails and external posts.
• Ensure all content is accurate, on‑brand, compliant and optimized for SEO and user experience.
• Maintain content guidelines, tone of voice and templates.
• Coordinate cross‑channel messaging across websites, social media, email and partner sites.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to translate complex information into clear, customer‑friendly content.
• Review and approve content for quality, consistency and legal compliance.
• Monitor performance using basic analytics and implement data‑driven improvements.
• Manage internal writers, designers and external agencies, providing briefs and feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing or editorial roles.
• Proven experience managing website and multi‑channel content campaigns.
• Strong writing and editing skills in English; Chinese language ability is a plus.
• Excellent project management, attention to detail and stakeholder communication.
• Native English speaker.
