About the role

Landmark Homes is seeking a Construction Coordinator / Project Administrator / Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Havelock North. You will help deliver exceptional homes across Hawke's Bay, working closely with clients and the construction crew to ensure projects run smoothly and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily construction activities and liaise with subcontractors.
• Manage project documentation, schedules, and client communications.
• Support quantity surveying tasks, including cost tracking and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
• Assist in preparing progress reports and updating project plans.
