Concierge (Casual) – Wellington Airport Lounge

About the role

Join the Qantas Lounge team at Wellington Airport as a Casual Concierge and be the first point of contact for premium guests. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, assist with check‑in, and ensure a seamless, high‑quality experience throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally and verify lounge access eligibility.
• Check‑in guests, provide information on amenities, dining options, and flight updates.
• Assist with special requests, including VIP and mobility support.
• Monitor lounge occupancy and coordinate with the team to manage capacity.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with discretion and professionalism.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or airline lounge environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure.
• High standard of personal grooming and flexibility to work varied shifts.
