Community Marketing Manager – Lead Local Campaigns

About the role

Arvida is seeking a Community Marketing Manager to own local marketing for a portfolio of villages across New Zealand. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work within a high‑performing team of eight to drive brand awareness, generate enquiries and support sales conversion at the community level.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute local marketing plans that translate strategic ideas into tangible campaigns.
• Partner with Village Sales Managers and Village Managers to align marketing activities with sales targets.
• Manage digital channels, content, CRM initiatives, and on‑ground activations such as events.
• Monitor performance, test concepts, learn from results and continuously refine tactics.
• Collaborate with agency partners to deliver high‑quality assets quickly.

Required profile

• Proven generalist marketing experience with end‑to‑end ownership of campaigns.
• Strong stakeholder management – able to listen, build trust and influence across teams.
• Resilient and adaptable in a fast‑paced, multi‑project environment.
• Experience in lead‑generation or green‑field marketing environments is a plus.
