About the role
CARTERS is seeking a Communications & Partnerships Manager to lead internal and external communications and strengthen industry relationships. Based in the National Support Office in East Tamaki, you will shape the brand voice across multiple channels and support the growth of the LivSpace brand.
Key responsibilities
- Write and deliver internal and customer communications, including EDMs, newsletters, web copy, social posts, presentations and printed collateral.
- Manage key industry partnerships such as Master Builders and Certified Builders.
- Identify and maximise the impact of sponsorships and partnership opportunities.
- Support marketing campaigns, events and the Advantage loyalty programme.
- Improve internal communications and collaboration across the business.
- Work closely with digital and design teams to bring content to life.
- Drive LivSpace brand activity through internal communications, content creation and campaigns.
Required profile
- Proven experience delivering clear, consistent messaging.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Experience working with external stakeholders and partners.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Practical, hands‑on approach with willingness to roll up sleeves.
