Communications Agent – Front Office (Part‑Time)

About the role

Join Pullman Auckland as a part‑time Communications Agent, the voice of the hotel for all inbound guest interactions. You will be the first point of contact for callers, helping to shape a smooth and welcoming experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and coordinate all inbound phone calls for the hotel.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to guests, maintaining a professional phone manner.
• Support the front‑office team with reservations, group bookings and special requests.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while staying calm under pressure.
• Identify guest needs and relay relevant information to appropriate departments.

Required profile

• Friendly, approachable and calm, even during busy periods.
• Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand for at least one year.
• Previous experience as a receptionist or front‑desk staff in a hotel environment.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
