Commission-Based Business Development Manager – Remote (Global)

About the role

Agile Nest is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to expand its global footprint for PMI‑authorised training and consulting services. This commission‑based position offers high earning potential for professionals who excel at sales, relationship building, and market expansion, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities across international markets.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking events, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Promote Agile Nest’s PMP®, CAPM®, and PMI‑CP™ training programs and project‑management consulting services.
• Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
• Develop proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.
• Establish long‑term relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, educational institutions, and industry professionals.
• Collaborate with internal training and operations teams to ensure exceptional client experience and successful program delivery.
• Gather market intelligence and identify emerging opportunities within project‑management, construction, infrastructure, and engineering sectors.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Account Management, or Corporate Partnerships.
• Demonstrated success in lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closing.
• Strong networking, relationship‑building, and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Experience in consultative selling and solution presentation.
