About the role

The Commercial Finance Manager – Logistics & EQS partners with the Logistics and EQS leadership teams to drive productivity, improve cost‑to‑serve and elevate decision quality across the supply chain. This senior, insight‑led role focuses on financial modelling, scenario analysis and translating operational complexity into clear commercial choices.

Key responsibilities

Provide commercial leadership and decision support for strategic and operational projects.
Develop and maintain financial models, scenario analyses and investment appraisals.
Deliver transactional processing and standardized reporting through shared services.
Identify risks, trade‑offs and ensure robust financial evaluation aligned with value creation.
Challenge and influence senior stakeholders to improve decision quality.
Coach and lead members of the finance team.

Required profile

3–5+ years experience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing or operations‑facing commercial finance.
Proven track record as a finance business partner supporting operational leaders.
Strong ability to translate complex operational data into commercial insights.
People leadership or coaching experience within a finance or commercial team.
Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Commerce; CA/CPA highly desirable.
Experience with shared services or offshore delivery models is a plus.
