Commercial Executive

About the role

As a Commercial Executive at ZURUZURU you will be at the heart of turning bold ideas into revenue growth. You will work across the product lifecycle—from development and factory allocation to pitching global strategies—to expand brand revenue and profit worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Propose and implement sales strategies, including commercial models, distribution, channel management and promotional tactics.
• Develop market strategies for the brand portfolio, covering pricing, commercial approach and marketing investment (in partnership with the Marketing Director) to maximise profitability.
• Collaborate with country and account managers to deliver tailored brand programmes that meet sales targets and capture new opportunities.
• Identify market and customer gaps, offering innovative solutions to win business.
• Work with Supply Planning and Sales Operations to confirm global sales forecasts, set capacity and prioritise product roll‑outs.
• Act as the category expert for the brand portfolio, spotting new product and category opportunities.
• Pitch brands to key customers globally and create sales enablement tools such as pitch decks, case studies and launch reports.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Comfortable working early mornings and late nights to meet global demands.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with multiple teams worldwide.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
