Clinical Research Associate II

About the role

IQVIA New Zealand is looking for a Clinical Research Associate II in Auckland. The role ensures that study sites are compliant and thriving, with direct experience working with one of IQVIA's customers. Full work rights are required; sponsorship is not considered at this stage, and candidates are asked to complete a short video screening.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out site visits from selection through to close-out to ensure study success
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for study subjects
• Train sites and keep them aligned and motivated through clear communication
• Evaluate and improve site practices so they follow protocols and regulations
• Monitor the study from regulatory submissions to data query resolution
• Maintain accurate records and keep site documents up to date
• Collaborate with the team to support project execution
• Oversee site finances and ensure invoices are retrieved on time

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline preferred
• At least 4 years of on-site monitoring experience; preference for oncology and haematology trials
• Strong knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organised, analytical, and able to manage time and finances
• Able to build strong relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
