Clinical & Medical AI Expert – English Speakers

About the role

Join TELUS Digital’s AI Community as a Clinical & Medical AI Expert. You will work with large language models to ensure that AI‑driven clinical reasoning meets the highest standards of medical accuracy and patient safety.

Key responsibilities

• Audit AI "Chain‑of‑Thought" reasoning for diagnostics against international protocols such as ICD‑11 and DSM‑5.
• Validate drug‑interaction, dosage, and contraindication outputs using peer‑reviewed literature.
• Label complex biomedical data sets, including MRI/CT images, pathology reports, and genomic sequences, to improve visual‑spatial model reasoning.
• Identify and mitigate medical hallucinations, creating safety guardrails for clinical deployment.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (MD/MBBS), Pharmacy (PharmD), Nursing, or Biomedical Sciences.
• Native‑level proficiency in your primary language (C2+).
• At least intermediate English proficiency (B1) for research and reporting.
• Willingness to complete a subject‑specific qualification exam and ID verification.
