Clinical Integration Project Manager

About the role

MIMS is seeking an experienced Clinical Integration Project Manager to join its regional Customer Success team. You will lead end‑to‑end delivery of clinical system integrations, collaborating with software vendors, customers and internal teams to ensure smooth implementations and high‑quality go‑live experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and vendor partners, enabling technical use of MIMS integrated solutions.
• Plan and execute integrations to reduce time‑to‑value.
• Enhance customer confidence and satisfaction during implementation and early adoption.
• Scale delivery through clear documentation, best practices and repeatable processes.
• Lead client‑site implementations with clinical systems vendors, ensuring alignment with contractual commitments.
• Analyse customer and vendor requirements and provide expert guidance.
• Act as a bridge between customers, vendors and internal product teams, communicating new requirements and enhancement opportunities.
• Provide ongoing technical support for existing integrations in line with SLAs.
• Advise vendors on product upgrades and migrations to newer versions.
• Develop and maintain client‑facing integration documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing clinical system integration projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaborative skills.
• Ability to work with healthcare software vendors, customers and internal teams.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
