Client Relationship & Business Development Manager – Construction

About the role

OneStaff is seeking a proactive Client Relationship & Business Development Manager to grow and nurture partnerships with leading construction companies in Canterbury. You will be the primary point of contact for existing clients and will drive new business opportunities across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new construction clients to expand the portfolio.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development or account management, preferably within the construction sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
